Any variations in the itinerary and the number of passengers, after reservation is made, will entail a change in the price previously agreed upon and will have to be communicated with a notice sufficient to enable us to meet your needs without compromising the reservations made by other customers.

Departures: the service rates include a waiting time not exceeding 5-10 minutes. Further delays or variations in the itinerary will be billed in addition to the price previously agreed upon.

Arrivals: the service rates include the driver's waiting time at the airport based on the time normally required for landing and luggage retrieval (1 hour). I kindly request you to inform me via mobile phone if you are experiencing a delay (frequent in case of luggage loss); you will not be charged extra, but at least I will know you arrived. If we have no news within one hour after landing, the personnel will leave the airport, releasing Limousine Service and myself from any responsability.By reserving your arrival transfer and your departure to/from the L. Da Vinci/Ciampino Airports & Civitavecchia Port with Limousine Service, upon your arrival in the city, you will be issued a taxi receipt entitling you to a 10% per person discount valid for a tour of the most picturesque places in Rome, thanks to an agreement with one of the most important tourist agencies in the city, aboard a typical "Open Bus" and other kinds of tourist coaches.
